Kimono Quilt done ! Quilted with Glide Military Gold for the bamboo design in the sashing and the cornerstones. Sew Fine 402, a creamy thread for the echoing and invisible thread for all the stitch in the ditch around the kimonos themselves. Wool batt. This quilted up beautifully and the gold thread really picks up the threads in all the kimono fabrics. It really sparkles!
Next is a huge batik...better start loading it.
